-
MANUAL THERAPY
Includes mobilising the spine and joints to stretch and ease unnecessary tension in the body which can reset the nervous system for ideal health.
-
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (MFR)
This highly skilled hands-on approach to healing incorporates a whole-body approach to deal with restrictions in the joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, discs, and bones, and creates ease of movement and relief in the body. Mentors include John F Barnes, Lori Zeltwanger, and Tom Myers.
-
ACUPUNCTURE and CUPPING

TMJ DYSFUNCTION

-
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Is a light touch approach to the body, often subtle in nature, it can have a powerful effect on the central nervous system and improve the whole body's function. Craino refers to the head and sacral refers to the tailbone so our hands may be on either or in between given that all is connected. Mentors include: John Upledger and John F Barnes.
